Life Teen

Life Teen is a movement of high school teens in 9th-12th grade and encompasses all Youth Ministry we do at St. Edward. Our primary goal is to lead teens towards Christ. We are a community that explores the faith, challenges each other, and has a whole lot of fun in an environment that is safe, nonjudgmental, and welcoming.

Life Teen strengthens our teens' Catholic identity while rooting them firmly in Christ and in His Church. All teens are welcome. Life Teen is not an exclusive group, and it is not just for Catholic Teens.

Weekly Activities

Life Nights

Sunday | 6:00-8:00 pm

As a community, we gather to learn about the faith and grow deeper in our relationship with God. We meet in a non-classroom format that is both engaging and relevant to teens. We do this through games, dynamic talks, small groups, prayer experiences, and much more!

Youth Group

Wednesday | 6:30 pm

Wednesday Youth Group is centered on community, prayer, and service - so we do everything from movie nights, messy games, faith debates, and make meatloaves and brownies for a local soup kitchen. Youth Group is a drop-in program, so no registration is required. All teens are welcome.

Morning Bible Study

Thursday | 7:15 am

All High School Teens are welcome to join us on Thursday mornings before school at the Huguenot Village Starbucks at 7:15 am for Bible Study. Coffee is on us on your first time!

Summer Trips!!

We offer three summer trip opportunities! Diocesan Work Camp (June 20-26), Steubenville Youth Conference (July 9-12), Life Teen Camp Covecrest (July 26-Aug. 1). All trips are open to rising 9th-grade teens through recent grads. Contact andrew.mccarthy@stedwardch.org with questions
